A patent is a government-given exclusive right granted to a person who has invented some innovative and usable device, software, objects, or processes. Specific innovations are covered under the terms of the Patent Act of 1970.
A person pursuing patent registration has two options: online filing of patents or filing in the patent office in the appropriate authority.
Filing the complaint - The application for the award of a patent is filed with the patent office, along with the required charge, which includes the full requirements, statements, abstract, and declaration by the inventor.
Publication – The patent is published after 18 months from the filing date or the date of priority, which includes the title of the invention, an outline, the application number, and the names of the claimant and the inventor.
